Vietnam approves holiday plan for 2021

Considering Report No. 111/TTR-LĐTBXH dated October 28, 2020, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has approved in writing the Tet holiday and National Day plan proposed by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

In particular:

  • Cadres, civil servants, public employees, and employees take 7 consecutive days off, from February 10, 2021, to the end of February 16, 2021. In which, February 15 and February 16 are compensatory days off for Saturday and Sunday.
  • National Day holiday in 2021 spans for 4 days, from September 02 to September 05.

Agencies and units that perform the above leave schedule are assigned by the Prime Minister to arrange and arrange reasonable working sections to continuously handle work and ensure good service to organizations and individuals. The agencies and units that do not make a fixed rest every Saturday and Sunday, will base on the specific program and plan of the unit to arrange a suitable vacation schedule
