1. What is eFile?

EFile is a module of the eWork system developed by NVM Group. It is a file storage and has synchrony users with other modules. EFile is a web application that allows users to store files, categorize files, and set right permissions on these files.

2. How to create an eFile account?

Your company needs to register an eFile service and become our clients. Once your company has registered, it can create an account for you to gain access to the system.

You can log in to eFile via https://efile.nvmgroup.com

3. Why can’t I login?

  • First, make sure you sign in with the account you have registered. If you receive a “User not found” error message, this means your account is not right.
  • Second, make sure you type the password correctly. If you receive an error message with “Wrong password”, this means you have entered the wrong password
  • Remember to check your company eFile service’s validation.

4. How can I reset my password?

  • At eFile’s login page, click on the button named ‘Forgot password’.

  • Enter your account username (your email), and the system will send you a confirmation email.

  • Click the confirmation link included in the email sent to you and enter your new password

5. Manage my account

  • Go to https://efile.nvmgroup.com and login to the system.
  • At the top right corner, click the account name and select ‘Profile’.
  • You are now on the Profile page and can update your account information and change a new password.
