A- General Information

  • Position Title : HR Legislative Consultant
  • Department :  HR Compliance and Legislative Services
  • Reports To : General Director
  • Working Location : 7F Twin Tower 11, 85 CMT8 Street, Ben Thanh Ward, D. 1, HCMC

B- Scope of work

  1. Delivery Service
  • Follow up the sources (online and offline) to make the timely update of all legislative changes
  • Complete and send the brief news of the legislative changes within 48 hours from the public date (or issue date or effective date)
  • Update the forms/templates and procedure upon the legislative changes
  • Deliver the services directly to Client, including Lodgement Services, HR Compliance, Audit and Administration Services.
  • To be Coordinator of the HR compliance projects and/or be a consultant of assigned projects
  • To responsible for settlement any troubles happening with Clients (Internal and External)
  • To handle client’s complaints
  • To advise Service issues if any from clients
  • To attend any training course of Tax, labor department and Social and Health insurance Agencies.
  • To follow up the process, policy and procedure of the department
  • To responsible for update if there are any changes in  regulations/processes/ procedure from local government agencies related to Services
  • To be responsible for keeping a good relationship with government organization
  1. Department Administration
  • To support Development Team to conduct the seminars and events related to the Department services
  • To be responsible for implement Department tools kit are including: Delivery tools kit, Knowledge center, Training Kit: Policies, procedures …, strictly
  • To ensure document submission, delivery and filling always follow up procedure strictly
  • To do internal reports as requirements

C- Job Requirements:

  • Solid backgroundin C&B and Labor Law, at least 3 to 5 years
  • Prefer to have experiences in HR services, Law firms
  • Bachelor/Diploma Degree at majors such as HR or Laws
  • Superior people skills in order to communication with Clients (internal, external and government organization)
  • Good communications skills in English
  • Well handle and resolve trouble and complaint
  • Detailed, patient and honest
