A- General Information

  • Position Title: HR Associate
  • Department:  HR & Payroll Services
  • Reports To: Senior HR Consultant
  • Working Location : 7F Twin Tower 11, 85 CMT8 Street, Ben Thanh Ward, D. 1, HCMC

B- Scope of work

  1. Delivery Service
  • To be responsible for delivering monthly SHUI, PIT and labor management administration processes with local Dept. for local Client
  • To responsible for settlement any troubles happening with Clients
  • To handle client’s complaints
  • To advise HR issues if any from
  • To coordinate and support other Consultants to do jobs professionally, confidentially, accurately, securely and timely
  • To attend any training course of Tax, labor department and the relating Government Agencies.
  • To follow the process, policy and procedure of the department strictly
  • To responsible for update if there are any change in regulations/processes/ procedure from local government agencies related to SHUI, PIT and labor management in practice
  1. Department Administration
  • To be responsible for implement payroll tools kit are including: Delivery tools kit, Payroll Knowledge center, Training Kit: Policies, procedures …, strictly
  • To ensure document submission, delivery and filling always follow up procedure strictly

C- Job Requirements:

  • Solid background in C&B and Labor Law, at least 1 to 2 years
  • Prefer to have experiences in HR services, Law firms
  • Bachelor/Diploma Degree at majors such as HR or Laws
  • Superior people skills in order to communication with Clients (internal, external and government organization)
  • Good communications skills in English
  • Well handle and resolve trouble and complaint
  • Detailed, patient and honest
