Payroll Delivery Consultant

For growing up our business next year, we are looking for some Payroll Delivery Consultant with the following detailed descriptions:

Main purpose of the position:

To be responsible and accountable for delivering the Payroll Services to Client including:
1. To be responsible for accuracy, timely rules, and professional services level to clients
2. To support Head office’ Consultants in Delivery services processes
3. To support upgrading Payroll tools kit, and to be responsible for maintenance and implement this tools strictly
4. To implement the Department’s policy and procedures strictly
5. To coordinate with relevant persons/departments to develop and ensure run smoothly
6. To support Development Team to conduct the seminars and events which related to the payroll services
7. To support Head office’ consultants in Delivery services
8. To be responsible for keeping a good relation with Clients and government agencies

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Service Delivery:

  • To be responsible for delivering monthly payroll calculation of salary and related to payroll as client’s policy and supervise all period reports to clients or related agencies as scheduled
  • To responsible for settlement any troubles happening with Clients (in cooperate with Consultant at Head office)
  • To handle client’s complaints (in cooperate with Consultant at Head office)
  • To advise HR issues if any from clients (in cooperate with Consultant at Head office)
  • To coordinate and support other Consultants to do jobs professionally, confidentially, accurately, securely and timely
  • To attend any training course of Tax, labor department and the relating Goverment Agencies
  • To follow up the process, policy and procedure of the department
  • To responsible for update if there are any change in regulations/processes/ procedure from local government agencies related to Payroll practice
  • To support Development Team, IT and Technology team to develop and maintain Services, Service Level Agreement and the standards of security and DR/BCP
  • To be responsible for keeping a good relationship with government organization such as Labor department, Tax department etc

Department Administration:

  • To collect the Client data as templates and report to Head office
  • To o support Development Team to conduct the seminars and events related to the payroll services
  • To be responsible for implement payroll tools kit are including: Delivery tools kit, Payroll Knowledge center, Training Kit: Policies, procedures …, strictly
  • To o ensure document submission, delivery and filling always follow up procedure strictly
  • To o do internal reports as requirements

Job Requirements:


Knowledge:

  • Graduated from University at majors such as Economics, Foreign Trade, Accounting, HR or Laws
  • Solid background in C&B and Labor Law, at least 1 years
  • Prefer to have experiences in client services, HR services
