HR Product Consultant

For growing up our business next year, we are looking for some Payroll Delivery Consultant with the following detailed descriptions:

Main purpose of the position:

To be accountable for consulting, delivering and maintaining assigned products that are deployed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Requirement (70%):

  • Research and Investigate to deeply understand the HR products’ features to guide and consult clients using effectively.
  • Resolve client’s issues in using products and get feedback to improve and enhance product features
  • Develop product document including product concept proposal, business cases, product guideline and training material.
  • Manage, track and report all bugs

Deployment (20%):

  • Manage all aspects of the end to end release process
  • Deal with release, distribution and the installation of packed software for both internal services and HRMS clients
  • Manage all deployment related document like progress reports, requirements document and presentations.

Co-ordination (10%):

  • Work closely with HRMS sales team to present to clients with business processes and technology solutions applied to products
  • Participate in deployement phase for migrating the release package to production environment

Job Requirements:


Knowledge:

  • Graduated from University in IT Major
  • Solid background in software developing
  • Knowledge in HR professional services
  • Understanding relational database systems such as My SQL
  • Be familiar with managing software product line cycle is a plus
  • Be familiar with Linux based production environment is a plus
